Therefore, the area under the handle needs to have swivel casters. However, this means that the handle stopper cannot be engaged because the casters can pivot. To address this, we decided to link the handle section to the fixed caster on the opposite side of the handle for stabilization. Similarly, the foot stopper was designed to use a hammer lock that secures the ground rather than just holding the wheels.
